Hire Priority is seeking an experienced, high-energy Bilingual Leasing Professional for a large multifamily apartment community in West Houston. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a very fast-paced office, confidently handle a high volume of phone calls, assist walk-in residents and prospects, show apartment homes, and step in wherever support is needed.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, dependable leasing professional who is comfortable balancing resident renewals, leasing activity, tours, and front-office support in a busy environment. The community offers one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with features such as fully equipped kitchens, in-home washer and dryer, and built-ins, along with a convenient location near the Galleria, Greenway Plaza, Downtown Houston, and the Texas Medical Center.

Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls with professionalism and urgency
• Assist current residents with renewal calls and lease-related questions
• Show apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents
• Greet and assist walk-in residents and prospects in the leasing office
• Support leasing efforts by helping convert leads into leases
• Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents
• Assist the office team with daily operations and fill in where needed in a busy leasing environment
• Help present the value of the community through strong communication and follow-up

Compensation & Job Details:

• Pay:$17–$18 per hour + commission
• Commission potential: up to $3,000 per month
