Prior experience in a law firm, medical office, or professional office is preferred.
What you’ll do
Greet clients and create a warm, welcoming office experience.
Answer and route phone calls, take clear messages, and communicate professionally with clients and providers.
Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and providers in person and by phone.
Order medical records, follow up with providers, track outstanding requests, and upload records into CasePeer.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, scan and upload documents, and support general office operations.
Prepare settlement checks in QuickBooks from approved distribution sheets and enter check information accurately into CasePeer.
Assist with paying approved firm bills by check or credit card.
Generate a weekly settlement report for the bookkeeper.
Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas neat, organized, and welcoming; monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Handle weekly chiropractor “goodie bag” deliveries.
