We’re hiring a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who wants a predictable weekday schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to serve prenatal patients and underserved communities throughout Los Angeles County.

You’ll step into a full-time outpatient role focused on psychosocial assessments, counseling, casework, and care coordination for patients with complex needs. You’ll independently evaluate patients while collaborating with an established multidisciplinary clinical team.

What makes you a great fit

• You hold a clear and active California LCSW license
• You are bilingual in English and Spanish
• You can conduct comprehensive clinical assessments in Spanish without an interpreter
• You have at least 1 year of prenatal experience
• You’re comfortable assessing complex psychosocial and economic needs
• You have strong counseling, casework, assessment, and care coordination skills
• You value culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate care
• You’re motivated to serve underserved and economically vulnerable patient populations

• $54–$64 per hour
