If you are a licensed P&C agent who enjoys sales, helping customers, and earning based on performance, this is a strong opportunity with a stable base and uncapped bonus potential.
Compensation:
- Base Pay (based on experience)
- Bonus/Commission: Uncapped
- Total Earnings Potential: $50,000 – $65,000+
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads and close new business
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on quotes and cross-sell additional lines
- Provide excellent customer service and policy support

Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Active Property & Casualty license

- 1+ year of insurance or sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
