Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Rep

We're a growing Allstate Insurance agency in Plano, TX looking for a driven, bilingual Licensed Sales Rep to join our outbound sales team. We provide the leads. You provide the hustle. The earning potential is real, and the path to remote work is on the table for top performers.

This is a 100% outbound phone sales role if you're the kind of person who can pick up the phone 120140 times a day, handle rejection like a pro, and close policies with confidence, you'll thrive here. If phones make you anxious, this probably isn't the right fit and we'd rather be upfront about that.

Schedule & Location

• Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (no weekends)
• Location: In-office Plano, TX (required for first 56 months)
• Leads provided: All internet leads are purchased and distributed by the agency you are never responsible for generating your own leads

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Make 120140 outbound calls per day to pre-purchased internet leads warm prospects who have already expressed interest in insurance quotes (no cold calling from scratch)
• Conduct needs-based discovery conversations in English and/or Spanish to understand each customer's current coverage, household situation, and goals
• Run and present auto, home, renters, and life insurance quotes using Allstate's quoting platform
• Close policies on the first call whenever possible; manage follow-up pipeline for prospects who need additional touchpoints
• Send follow-up text messages and occasional voicemails using our Hearsay communication platform
• Maintain accurate CRM records for every lead interaction, quote, and sale
• Consistently meet daily activity targets (dials, contacts, quotes run, policies written)
• Participate in daily 5-minute team standups to share numbers and stay accountable

• Active Texas P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance License must have before start date
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) you'll serve customers in both languages daily
• Proven experience in a phone-based sales, outbound calling, or customer-facing sales role
• High rejection tolerance you treat "no" as information, not failure
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to MondayFriday 9am6pm schedule
• Tech-comfortable: CRM systems, quoting platforms, texting tools

Preferred (Not Required)

• 1+ years experience in insurance sales (P&C preferred)
• Experience with Allstate quoting systems or comparable carrier platforms
• Prior experience working internet/digital leads
• Background in call center, auto dealership F&I, mortgage, or other high-volume phone sales
