At Reema Health, we believe a personalized, community-based approach to care makes it easier for anyone to get what they need to improve their lives. We believe a relationship with a real person, someone who listens, meets members where they are, and understands the community can ease those burdens.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll build trusting relationships with members while providing thoughtful, evidence based behavioral healthcare that fits their goals, needs and lives. You'll work primarily through telehealth as a part of an integrated care team that includes other therapists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Community Guides and other clinical and non-clinical partners.

This is purposeful clinical work. Rather than focusing on the number of visits, Reema takes a value-based approach: providing the right amount of care at the right time to help members achieve meaningful outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to work at the top of your license while helping shape how behavioral health care is delivered in a growing startup.

    • Balance clinical judgement with each member's preferences, values and circumstances
    • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and protect member confidentiality
