Bilingual LMRT (X-ray) Certified Medical Assistant in Ortho Trauma | Dallas, TX 75243
Award-winning, private outpatient practice currently hiring a reliable Bilingual (English/Spanish fluent) X-ray certified (i.e. LMRT) CMA with at least 2 years of Orthopedic trauma experience in sports trauma to join our multi-provider team in Dallas, TX 75243 to provide excellent patient care, education, intake, vitals, documentation via EMR Centricity, and support a team of 3 physicians full-time.
Starts in 1 to 2 weeks or ASAP. with immediate Benefits
PAY: $19.07 - $23.00 per hour | Granted based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, days | 40hrs/wk guaranteed
REQUIREMENTS:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with minimum 2 years experience in Ortho Trauma (orthopedics)
Bilingual - fluent in English & Spanish
LMRT / X-ray Certified
Ability to perform clinical tasks accurately and professionally - vitals, intake assessments, X-ray support, and medication administration.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional teamwork, communication, & patient service skills across diverse populations.
Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
Job Duties
Prepare Ortho trauma patients for examination and treatment, explain procedures, and support physicians during exams.
Prepare exam/treatment rooms with necessary instruments, sterilization, maintenance of supplies & equipment for treatment.
Address questions, appointments, and communication between patients and providers.
Injuries, fracture care, tendon ruptures, comprehensive joint reconstruction and trauma patients.
Perform intake procedures, collect medical histories and maintain accurate documentation within EMR Centricity.
Assist with clinical procedures, including medication administration, wound care, and basic X-ray imaging.
