E-Branch Loan Advocate

What You'll Do:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting members with loan inquiries over the phone
• Process loan applications, explaining rates, terms, and available options clearly
• Make outbound and inbound calls to provide tailored financial solutions
• Collaborate with underwriting teams by providing detailed and accurate application notes
• Educate customers on loan products, payments, and payoff details
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional financial products that meet customer needs
• Manage multiple interactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Accurately prepare and complete required loan documentation and records

What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED required (college degree is a plus)
• Experience in customer service, call center, or financial services preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service
