The Fulfillment and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, managing customer returns, coordinating daily shipping activities, and maintaining accurate inventory reporting. This role supports the warehouse team and provides management with clear operational insights through regular reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing
Print Shopify orders and distribute them to pickers for fulfillment.
Ensure accuracy in order documentation and workflow.
Returns Management
Process customer returns promptly and accurately.
Maintain proper records of returned items and coordinate restocking or disposal.
Logistics Coordination
Track daily FedEx pickups and resolve any shipping delays or issues.
Communicate with carriers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Reporting & Inventory Control
Prepare weekly cycle count reports and submit to management.
