Bilingual Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Location: 10496 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77043
Starting Pay Rate: $28.00/Hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a compassionate and reliable Bilingual Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support a cardiology clinic in Houston Memorial City.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage medication clinics, including medication preparation, administration, and documentation.
- Provide clinical support to prescribing providers during patient appointments and follow-up care.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and focused health practices.
- Monitor patient progress, document and responses to treatment, and clinical observations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Support cardiology department and maintain a safe environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and nursing documentation in accordance with state and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with a care team including physicians
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Active Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (required)
- Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
