In a Bilingual Machine Operator job you’ll be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery to meet production goals.
- Setting up equipment and adjusting machine settings as needed.
- Performing quality inspections on finished products to ensure specifications are met.
- Loading raw materials and removing finished products from production lines.
- Identifying and reporting equipment issues or production concerns.
- Completing production paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
- Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
- Assisting with basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
- Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors.
What you’ll need:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required—we train!
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM.
Pay:
- $14.00/hr – 1st Shift.
- $14.50/hr – 2nd Shift.
