Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Maintenance Mechanic to support production operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. Must be able to communucate in English and Spanish.

Pay: $27.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Get paid for 40 hours while working only 36 hours (shift differential included)
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Repair and maintain conveyors, bearings, and electric motors (AC/DC)
- Perform minor electrical work (voltage checks, continuity checks, component replacement)
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of Maintenance Mechanic experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience with AC/DC motors, PLC systems, and machinery troubleshooting
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Forklift experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
