Celtic Property Management is looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor ready to hit the ground running at Chandler Garden, an 80-unit apartment community in Chandler, Arizona.
This is not a sit-back role. This property operates with ONE maintenance professional — YOU. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works with urgency, stays organized, and knows how to manage a property independently while delivering outstanding customer service to our residents.
The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish), dependable, experienced in apartment maintenance, and an expert in the make-ready/turn process with the ability to complete turns efficiently and on time.
What You’ll Need:
✔ Strong apartment maintenance experience
✔ EPA Certification preferred
✔ HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair knowledge
✔ Strong work ethic and accountability
✔ Excellent resident customer service skills
✔ Ability to prioritize and work independently
✔ Experience completing quality turns in a timely manner
✔ Positive attitude and team mentality
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
