Bilingual Mandarin Warehouse Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Manage inbound receiving, outbound shipments, and inventory.
• Follow up on orders, shipments, and transportation arrangements.
• Coordinate the work and schedules of warehouse employees.
• Resolve day-to-day warehouse operational issues.
• Perform computer data entry, Excel work, and related document processing.
• Process returns, inspect merchandise, and record returned goods into inventory.
• Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies, customers, and internal teams.
• Perform other duties assigned by the department supervisor and company management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English in a professional work environment. This job reqquires to communicate with mandarin speaking team.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, 3PL, transportation, or order processing preferred.
• Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday + Sunday
• 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Work hours may be adjusted based on order volume and operational needs.

Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hour
