We're seeking a bilingual Junior Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and support talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

      Plan, run, and optimize bilingual digital campaigns promoting recruitment services

      Monitor performance and improve engagement, leads, and ROI

      Create and manage bilingual content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, and more

      Use AI-assisted marketing tools while keeping brand voice and cultural relevance consistent

      Support employer branding to grow awareness among clients and candidates

      Collaborate with recruiters to promote openings and events

      Help clients strengthen their employer brand and digital presence

      Improve visibility across search engines, job boards, and AI search platforms via SEO/AEO

      Review and refine AI-generated content for accuracy and brand fit

      Track KPIs, traffic, and campaign effectiveness, reporting insights

Qualifications

      Fluent in English and Chinese (reading, writing, speaking, typing)

      Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field preferred

      Digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or employer branding experience desirable

      Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, social media, and digital advertising

      Experience with generative AI tools for content and workflow

      Familiarity with Google Analytics and social analytics

      Excellent written/verbal communication

      Strong organization managing multiple projects

      Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn
