Bilingual Medical Assistant (Spanish Speaking) - Mundelein, IL

We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant for a family medicine and primary care clinic in Mundelein, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Room and prepare patients for visits
• Obtain and document medical histories
• Measure and record vital signs
• Assist providers during examinations
• Administer injections and medications as directed
• Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
• Document patient information in electronic medical records
• Perform EKGs

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of Medical Assistant experience required
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Phlebotomy experience required
• EKG experience required
• Ability to work a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week
• Availability to work every other weekend on a rotating basis
