Job Description
This role provides hands-on medical and administrative support in a clinic setting, including patient follow-ups, data entry, and coordination of care. The medical assistant contributes to a positive patient experience by managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, ordering labs, and documenting accurately in the electronic medical record system.

Work Environment
This position is based onsite at a clinic and operates in a patient-facing, fast-paced healthcare environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role involves extensive use of electronic medical records, particularly Athena EMR, and regular interaction with patients, providers, and administrative staff. Team members benefit from a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and holiday pay. Upon conversion to a permanent role, employees receive nine paid holidays and 15 days of paid time off, with opportunities for performance-based pay raises. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
