Bilingual Medical Front Office
Front Office Assistant (Bilingual Preferred) - Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
Location: Lawrenceville, GA (Primary) with flexibility to support Suwanee office
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Office Assistant for a busy outpatient pediatric practice. This role is primarily based in Lawrenceville but requires flexibility to support the Suwanee location as needed.
Position Details: Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $17/hour
Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in/check out patients Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule patient appointments Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations Manage referrals and medical records Maintain accurate patient demographics and registration Provide general front office support in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications: Bilingual (preferred) Previous front office or medical office experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and provide excellent patient service Reliable and flexible to travel between Lawrenceville and Suwanee offices
