Bilingual Mental Health Clinical Supervisor – Orlando, FL
Hispanic Family Counseling, Inc. (HFC) is seeking a
fully licensed, bilingual Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our growing behavioral health team.
The Clinical Supervisor will provide leadership and clinical supervision to clinicians and interns, oversee documentation and quality of care, support regulatory compliance, assist with crisis management and staff development, and maintain a small clinical caseload.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active Florida license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong clinical and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of behavioral health, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, treatment planning, HIPAA, and clinical documentation
- Experience with diverse populations and community mental health preferred
