What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with a builder and on-site sales team to convert buyer traffic into funded loans
- Visit builder communities regularly and build strong relationships
- Guide borrowers through the full mortgage process from application to closing
- Recommend the right loan solutions (Conventional, FHA, VA)
- Manage your pipeline and deliver a smooth, well-communicated experience
