OFFICE AMBASSADOR- RECEPTIONIST | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY PAY: $36K- $60K DOEAPPLY WITH CONFIDENCE

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized, professional, and welcoming Office Ambassador / Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, you will play an essential role in creating a positive experience while ensuring our office operates efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.WHAT YOU'LL DO As the TORKLAW Ambassador- receptionist, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment that reflects the TORKLAW brand.
  • Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Take accurate messages and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
  • Scan, copy, fax, file, and organize legal documents.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and legal deliveries.
  • Prepare outgoing correspondence and shipments using FedEx and USPS.
  • Assist with office organization, supplies, and day-to-day operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • 1+ year of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or similar experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Professional and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
  • Strong vision, and client-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation is required, as this is a fully in-office position.
