We are seeking a dependable and organized Bilingual Office Assistant to support daily office operations in a manufacturing environment. This position will assist with front desk reception, employee onboarding, time and attendance tracking, scheduling, and general administrative duties.
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
- Track employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee files.
- Schedule weld tests and candidate appointments.
- Organize filing systems and office documents.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel.
- Support HR and office staff with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience required.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems required; Paycor experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
