Bilingual On-Site Coordinator / Customer Service
Location: Maywood, CA
Pay: $20 per hour and up, based on experience
Start Time: Between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m., as needed
Put your warehouse leadership experience to work helping associates succeed and supporting daily client operations.
ACS Staffing, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual On-Site Coordinator in Maywood to oversee warehouse associates. Candidates with experience as a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor in a logistics warehouse environment are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Check associates in and out and provide daily updates to the client.
• Address client needs and concerns regarding associate attendance and work conduct.
• Walk the warehouse floor to identify and address unsafe work practices.
• Report workplace injuries promptly.
• Check deliveries.
• Maintain clear communication with the client and warehouse associates.
• Make decisions to support daily operations.

Qualifications
Qualifications
• Warehouse lead or supervisory experience in a logistics environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required due to our client/customer and warehouse associate base.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Stable work history, with at least two years at each previous job.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A customer service mindset and sound decision-making skills.
