Bilingual Onsite Recruiter (English/Spanish)

About the Position
Partners In Staffing is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to support one of our valued clients.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong relationships, and creating a positive work environment.
As the Onsite Recruiter, you'll serve as the main point of contact for both employees and the client, ensuring exceptional service, employee engagement, and successful staffing operations.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Coach and support employees throughout their assignments
- Monitor attendance and address attendance concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and the client
- Resolve employee issues professionally and in a timely manner
- Communicate daily with client leadership regarding staffing needs
- Perform regular floor walks and employee check-ins
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional and dependable
- Recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
