Compensation

• Hourly pay during temporary contract period
• Opportunity for uncapped commission and additional incentive compensation after successful completion of the temporary agency contract and transition to direct employment, if applicable

Temporary Assignment Notice:

• This position will begin as a temporary staffing agency assignment. During the temporary contract period, employees will be compensated on an hourly basis only. Bonus and commission eligibility will not begin until after the temporary contract period has been successfully completed and the employee transitions to direct employment status, if offered.

Job Duties:

• Work directly within the dealership sales process
• Consistent daily interaction with customers actively purchasing vehicles
• Steady walk-in traffic and built-in opportunities
• No cold calling — outreach is focused on previous customers, prior quotes, and warm follow-up opportunities
• Ability to build and manage your own pipeline
• Regular interaction with both English and Spanish-speaking customers depending on dealership traffic
• This role provides a balance of inbound dealership traffic and outbound follow-up, allowing you to stay productive whether the dealership is busy or slower throughout the day.
