Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour (depending on experience)

Shift:
1st Shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

Location: Loveland

Job Duties

• Supervise, train, coach, and develop packaging employees.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, Quality Assurance, and Shipping departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all products are packaged according to approved specifications.
• Assist with general production tasks as needed (sorting, staging, light equipment operation)
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, FSMA requirements, GMPs, HACCP programs, and SQF standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support production flow
