Description

Bilingual Paraeducators are needed to work in the Menomonie School District. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Both positions are Monday through Friday on days that school is in session, approximately 187 school days.

Menomonie Middle School

7:30 am to 3:15 pm (7.25 hrs./day)

Elementary and High Schools

Part-time position (hours to be determined)

  • Times are potentially flexible
  • Position is shared between two schools

The successful applicants will be proficient in both English and Hmong or Spanish languages and be able to interact and communicate with a variety of people, in a variety of settings. Applicants must be able to fulfill the activities of the job description and in the specific job assignment.

The responsibilities include working with student academic needs, coordinating student schedules, working with classroom teachers and/or the ELL teacher to adapt assignments, and communicating with parents. The successful applicants will have the ability to work with curriculum under the direction of the classroom teacher and administrator providing quality educational services.

Starting wage is $19.66 per hour. Some benefits are included. The positions will remain open until filled with ongoing review of applications. EOE.
