Thank customers by name, when possible, when they are leaving the store. • Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively. • Assist in pricing, stocking, marking and bagging of merchandise. • Continually build product knowledge base and possess the ability to assist customers with store layout and product location. • You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours) • Lifting 25 to 40 lbs.
