Bilingual Patient Service Representative (PSR) Department/Location: Patient Access – 333 S. Madison St. Reports To: Patient Service Representative Coordinator Classification: Non-Exempt | Full Time Schedule: 40 hours week, Varying schedule Open Door Health Services is seeking a full-time Bilingual PSR at the 333 S. Madison St. location in Muncie, Indiana. Overview As an Open Door Patient Service Representative, you will be part of a supportive, interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, compassionate support to individuals and families. PSRs perform a variety of patient focused duties including greeting patients/guests and overseeing the flow of patient traffic in the waiting room areas. In this position, you will answer incoming calls, direct calls, schedule patient appointments and confirm appointments. You will work closely with Behavioral Health staff and all departments to ensure flow and accuracy of information meets patients’ needs.
