Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Bilingual Payroll Clerk Responsibilities: - Performs clerical duties, including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms
- Operates office machines, including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages
- Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters
- Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically
- Data Entry into QuickBooks
- Verify employee timesheets
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Bilingual Payroll Clerk Skills and Abilities: - Bilingual in English and Spanish, required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Bilingual Payroll Clerk Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1+ year of administrative experience is required
- Previous payroll experience is preferred
