Job Overview A law firm seeks a Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney in Durham, North Carolina. This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the community. The firm is open to various office locations within North Carolina for this position.Duties Represent clients at all stages of their case, including client communication and litigation.Review and analyze medical and legal documents, statutes, and case law.Engage in legal writing and research, including motions, briefs, and appeals.Litigate claims through discovery, depositions, mediation, negotiations, hearings, and trials.Evaluate findings and develop case strategies and arguments.Investigate insurance coverage and additional sources.Supervise and collaborate with the personal injury team.Requirements Fluency in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Membership in the N.C.
