We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (English & Spanish) Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in handling a diverse range of personal injury cases. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in our legal processes and directly contribute to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.Responsibilities Case Management: Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date throughout the litigation processLegal Document Preparation: Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other legal documents for state and federal court proceedingsDiscovery Coordination: Assist in propounding and responding to discovery requests, conducting research, and summarizing depositions and medical recordsClient Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, keeping clients informed of case progress and addressing any questions or concernsTrial Preparation: Prepare evidence binders, trial notebooks, and exhibits, and assist attorneys in the preparation for trial or hearingsResearch Assistance: Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support case strategies and litigation effortsAdministrative Support: Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and manage correspondence and documentation throughout all phases of litigationQualifications Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field preferredExperience: At least 7-10 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury litigationLanguage: Proficiency in both English and Spanish would be mandatorySkills: Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detailCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused demeanorTechnical Skills: Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with case management systems is a plusTeam Player: Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and clients in a fast-paced legal environmentBenefits Positive Culture: Work in a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative environment that values your contributionsGrowth Opportunities: Access to professional development, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancementCompetitive Compensation: Enjoy a highly competitive salaryBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and more#J-18808-Ljbffr
