A growing and highly successful personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from intake through settlement and trial preparation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of personal injury litigation experience, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have experience managing a high-volume caseload while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers.
Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume personal injury litigation caseload from intake through settlement and closing
Serve as the primary case manager, ensuring deadlines and case milestones are met
Communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
Order and review medical records and billing records
Obtain documentation necessary to support liability and damages claims
Contact insurance carriers to verify coverage and policy limits
Maintain organized and accurate case files
Draft litigation complaints and discovery responses
Support attorneys throughout the litigation process, including trial preparation
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Experience managing a caseload of 100+ cases
Strong organizational and case management skills
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $75,000 $95,000, depending on experience
