Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Montrose Area, Houston, TX
Salary: $80K - $90K (DOE) 
Schedule: 100% In-Office

Qualifications:

• 
  3 to 7 years of Personal Injury paralegal experience
  
• 
  Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  
• 
  Strong experience with:
  
  • 
    State court procedures
    
  • 
    Drafting and responding to discovery
    
  • 
    Deposition preparation
    
  • 
    E-filing in Texas courts
    
  • 
    Scheduling depositions and mediations
    
• 
  Mass tort-only experience will not be considered
  
• 
  Highly organized with excellent work ethic
  
• 
  Able to work independently and take initiative
