SourceProSearch is seeking a strong bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal for our Dover office. This role is ideal for a professional with personal injury experience and a passion for serving a diverse client base.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary liaison for bilingual clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their case.
• Draft and translate legal documents, client correspondence, and discovery materials.
• Assist attorneys in managing prelitigation and litigation cases, including trial preparation.
• Conduct case investigations, gather evidence, and coordinate with medical providers.
• Monitor and track case progress, ensuring timely filing and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain detailed case files and provide administrative support as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• Language Skills: Fluency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is required.
• Experience: Prior personal injury paralegal experience is strongly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and translation skills to assist clients and attorneys effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of cases with accuracy and efficiency.
