Seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Personal Injury Paralegal to join a busy and growing law firm. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients through every step of their case.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial
Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and settlement demands
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
Maintain case files and manage deadlines
Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients when needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal preferred
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office
