Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Bilingual Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal for a fast-growing and highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury law firm. This is a fully onsite opportunity based in Chicago, Illinois.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking an experienced Bilingual Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of complex personal injury litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, attorneys, and medical providers while managing substantive litigation responsibilities from case inception through resolution. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage plaintiff personal injury matters through all phases of litigation, including calendaring, case management, document organization, and litigation support
Draft, proofread, and finalize complaints, pleadings, discovery responses, memoranda, affidavits, and other litigation documents
Coordinate depositions, subpoenas, court filings, litigation deadlines, and attorney calendars while ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures
Obtain and organize medical records, healthcare liens, and supporting documentation while assisting with factual investigations
Maintain electronic case files and communicate regularly with clients, healthcare providers, and opposing counsel while delivering exceptional client service
Provide comprehensive litigation support from case inception through resolution in a fast-paced plaintiff personal injury practice
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Strong experience drafting litigation documents and supporting attorneys through all phases of civil litigation
Knowledge of Illinois court rules, filing procedures, e-filing systems, and personal injury litigation workflows
Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
