Bilingual in English and Spanish required

1+ years of manufacturing or training experience preferred

Ability to work flexible hours and support training across multiple shifts

Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills required

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Experience in manufacturing, production, or process training preferred

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Day-to-Day

  • Develop, maintain, and improve job instructions and standardized work procedures
  • Train and coach production employees on manufacturing processes, safety, and quality standards
  • Create training materials including presentations, visual aids, photos, and instructional content
  • Support onboarding and skill development programs for new and existing employees
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and records
  • Partner with production, maintenance, and quality teams to identify training gaps and improve performance
  • Ensure training materials remain updated with current processes and best practices
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Provide hands-on floor support and reinforce consistent operational practices across shifts
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
