Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour | 4-Day Work Week: Monday-Thursday | 10 AM - 10 PM

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer knowledge required

Bilingual Process Trainer Skills + Experience Requirements

  • 1-3 years of manufacturing, production training, process improvement, or related experience preferred
  • Experience training, coaching, or supporting production employees is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to create and maintain training materials and standardized work instructions
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Flexible availability to support training across multiple shifts
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, GMP, or continuous improvement practices preferred

Bilingual Process Trainer Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout 10-12-hour shifts
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to work on a manufacturing production floor
  • Ability to provide hands-on training and production floor support
  • Ability to wear required steel-toe shoes and follow all GMP and safety guidelines

Bilingual Process Trainer Responsibilities + Job Duties

  • Develop, maintain, and improve job instructions and standardized work procedures
  • Train and coach production employees on manufacturing processes, safety, and quality standards
  • Create presentations, visual aids, photos, and other instructional materials
  • Support onboarding and skill development programs for new and existing employees
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and records
  • Partner with production, maintenance, and quality teams to identify training gaps
  • Update training materials to reflect current processes and best practices
  • Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide hands-on floor support and reinforce consistent operational practices across shifts
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
