As a Bilingual Production Associate – you will:

Job Description

Day to day responsibilities:

• Collaborate with adjacent departments to retrieve clean containers and place them on the production line.
• Fill containers with brewed tea and add required ingredients according to established procedures.
• Handle raw materials and coordinate with team members to efficiently complete all preparation stages prior to fermentation.
• Remove prepared containers from the production line and place them onto pallet carts for transport to the designated fermentation area.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas by rinsing and cleaning floors and equipment as needed.
• Operate industrial washing and drying equipment and distribute clean towels to designated departments.
• Follow all company safety, quality, food safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Rotate among brewing assignments and responsibilities as required to support operational needs.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the work shift.
• Regularly works in a wet, humid production environment with temperatures ranging from approximately 80°F to 90°F.
• Frequent exposure to moving mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and move containers weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, grasping, and repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Frequently handle and stretch materials using hands and fingers.
• Occasionally pull pallet carts weighing up to 800 pounds with assistance or approved material-handling equipment when applicable.
• Ability to work safely around production equipment and follow all safety guidelines.
• Requires frequent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as designated by company policy. 

This is a full-time, Contract opportunity: Shift: We have1st, 2nd, Graveyard Opportunities

Pay rate*: $16.90/hr -$17.90/hr - Pay differential based on shift
