Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Bilingual Production Line Lead to help lead and support one of our production packing lines.

This is a hands-on working lead position. You will work directly alongside your team performing packing duties while also helping keep the line organized, productive, properly staffed, and meeting quality expectations.

In addition to earning $16.00–$17.00 per hour based on experience, employees are eligible for a $50 attendance bonus each week with no missed time — potentially an additional $2,600 per year.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside employees performing packing and production duties
• Help lead the daily operation of an assigned production line
• Assign employees to work areas and communicate daily expectations
• Keep the line organized, productive, and running efficiently
• Monitor production output and help the team meet daily goals
• Check product quality and make sure packing and production standards are followed
• Train and support new employees
• Provide instructions and assistance to both English- and Spanish-speaking employees
• Help keep employees focused and on task throughout the shift
• Monitor staffing and communicate attendance or headcount concerns to supervisors
• Make sure the line has the materials and supplies needed to continue production
• Help resolve minor production or workflow issues
• Communicate larger quality, staffing, production, or employee concerns to management
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Ensure employees follow company safety, quality, and production procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous production, manufacturing, packing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Previous Line Lead, Team Lead, Trainer, or other leadership experience preferred
• Comfortable being a working lead and performing production duties alongside the team
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable giving instructions and addressing performance concerns when necessary
• Ability to organize employees and keep a production line moving
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay & Benefits

• $16.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience
• $50 weekly attendance bonus for no missed time
