What You’ll Do

• Train and coach team members on SOPs, expectations, and compliance
• Oversee daily operations, including checklists, audits, KPIs, and issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and safety programs
• Champion team recognition and cross-training efforts

Who You Are

• Proven experience supervising in production, manufacturing, or a related operations environment
• Strong in people development and process improvement
• Comfortable with compliance standards and operational metrics
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Ready to lead on 2nd shift, typically starting around 3:00 PM

Military leadership experience also translates well. We value structure, accountability, teamwork, and calm problem-solving.
