Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Post High School Degree preferred.
Experience: Previous bilingual assignments preferred but not required. Proven professional interpersonal skills. Experience with NORD production processes and products, preferably with exposure to multiple production departments. Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Hands-on knowledge of shop departments such as gearbox, motors, inventory, or shipping is preferred, and forklift experience is preferred.
Skills and Key Attributes: Ability to learn quickly and become a subject matter expert on NORD's production processes. They must be approachable, positive, and consistently embody the NORD culture and mission. The role requires willingness to train across the four main production departments and beyond as new training opportunities arise. Strong people skills, the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions, and exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities are essential. The candidate must be able to work independently and effectively train and present material using job instructions. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required, and basic proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 10-12 hours per day.

This position operates on a 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., and offers a competitive shift differential of $2.00/hour.
