Pay: $30 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Bilingual Property Manager to support an apartment community in Carrollton, TX 75006. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who excels in property operations, resident relations, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and onsite staff
• Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards
• Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and manage vendor relationships
• Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation
• Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals
• Address resident concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Previous Property Manager experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage property operations, staff, and resident needs
• Knowledge of property management software preferred
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
