About the Role:
As a Bilingual Property Manager at RDE CAPITAL GROUP LLC, you will play a vital role in overseeing an apartment community in North Richland Hills, TX. Join our dynamic team and help create a welcoming environment for our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of residential properties, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors in both English and Spanish.
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Handle lease agreements, renewals, and tenant inquiries.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants and the community.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
