Bilingual Property Manager (Spanish Required)

A growing residential property management company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily housing portfolio. This position is responsible for managing 3 properties totaling approximately 150 multifamily units, while ensuring strong financial performance, resident satisfaction, and property maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a portfolio consisting of 3 multifamily properties (approximately 150 units total).
• Oversee leasing activity, occupancy goals, resident retention, and lease renewals.
• Monitor property financial performance, including budgets, expenses, revenue, and monthly reporting.
• Review operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improved performance.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with property policies, lease agreements, and financing requirements as applicable.
• Conduct regular property inspections and travel between sites as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably within multifamily housing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends when needed.
• Spanish-speaking required.
