About the Role: As a Bilingual Property Manager at RDE CAPITAL GROUP LLC, you will play a vital role in overseeing an apartment community in North Richland Hills, TX. Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of residential properties, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors in both English and Spanish.
Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
Handle lease agreements, renewals, and tenant inquiries.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
