Bilingual Quality Manager – English/Spanish

Ready to take the next step in your quality career? Pro Resources is hiring a Bilingual Quality Manager for an established precision manufacturing company in Yorktown, IN.
You’ll lead quality operations, work closely with production and engineering, and help resolve customer quality concerns. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as you’ll regularly communicate with customers and partner companies in Spanish-speaking countries.
Experienced Quality Engineers and Quality Supervisors with strong leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop the quality team across machining, assembly, and inspection operations.
Maintain the Quality Management System and support compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
Work with customers and partner companies in English and Spanish on quality concerns, audits, and corrective actions.
Lead root cause investigations and implement lasting solutions using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone.
Manage supplier quality, audits, and corrective actions.
Improve inspection processes, reduce scrap and rework, and track quality performance.
What You’ll Bring
Fluent English and Spanish, including the ability to discuss technical quality matters verbally and in writing.
5+ years of manufacturing quality experience and 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
A strong background in automotive or precision manufacturing, including machining and assembly.
Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
Experience with CNC machining, metal components, inspection systems, and root cause analysis.
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
