Bilingual Receiving Clerk

Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Pay: $18.00 $20.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Overtime: Some Saturdays may be required

Total Staffing Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Receiving Clerk - English & Spanish for a busy logistics and distribution facility in Bolingbrook, IL. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, computer savvy, and experienced with warehouse receiving, inventory records, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update incoming shipment and container information.

• Accurately process receiving and shipping information in the WMS.

• Review receiving documents and verify information for accuracy.

• Maintain organized inbound/outbound paperwork and electronic records.

• Assist with inventory and shipment discrepancies.

• Communicate shipment and receiving updates to warehouse leadership.

• Verify information on the warehouse floor or dock when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous receiving, warehouse clerical, inventory, or data-entry experience preferred.

• Strong computer and data-entry skills required.

• WMS or warehouse software experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

• Previous 3PL or distribution center experience is a plus.
