We're looking for a bilingual Receptionist / Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and wants to build a long term career in the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Support

• Provide outstanding service to clients by phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with policy questions, billing concerns, and coverage changes
• Welcome and onboard new clients to the agency
• Follow up on policy requirements, signatures, and documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records and household information

Renewal & Retention Management

• Review upcoming policy renewals and identify opportunities to improve coverage or pricing
• Contact clients proactively before policy renewals
• Assist clients with payment arrangements and policy retention efforts
• Re-shop policies when appropriate
• Schedule policy review appointments with agency producers

Account Growth

• Identify cross-selling opportunities for auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Request referrals and online reviews from satisfied clients
• Support agency growth through relationship building and exceptional service

Required

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience OR customer service experience in a professional environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls
• Excellent attention to detail and follow through
• Positive attitude and team oriented mindset

Preferred

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty License
• Active Nevada Life & Health License
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency
• Experience with policy servicing, retention, or account management
